DEPTH FILTER
- The medium has a disordered pore structure, and particles are removed through the pores forming a disorderly grid in the way the fluid flows.
- The basic principle is mechanical particle removal and adsorption through a grid with a certain thickness.
- Various filtering media are used, such as cotton, PP, cellulose, fiberglass, and carbon.
- Depth filter is used to remove a large amount of foreign matters and is considerably cheaper than membrane filter.
PLEATED FILTER
- This is a product that maximizes the effective filtration area by folding several layers of filter media in a pleated form.
- This product has a high particle removal rating and is suitable for stable filtration of high flow rates with low differential pressure.
- This product maximizes the collection space and has a low filtration differential pressure, so it has a long service life and is economical.
MEMBRANE FILTER
- The medium of this product has a geometrically constant pore structure, and particles are filtered from the filter surface depending on their size.
- All particles or organic matter larger than the filter pore size are removed, and particles smaller than the pore size pass well.
- Membrane filter is suitable for low volume lump filtration.
